Senior Relocation Services – New resident or current resident transferring apartments.

Our dedicated Move Manager can partner with your sales team and coordinate all moving plans for your new resident or an internal apartment transfer.  We can even set up the apartment by hanging pictures, make the bed, and organize clothing and personal items.  We make it easy for you, your resident, and family.  Your new resident’s apartment will be ready when they arrive.

Online CPR and First Aid Training Courses

Our online training courses follow AHA Guidelines and completion certificate can be printed immediately after completing the course. Our First Aid course also includes additional training topics on illnesses and injuries that affect our elderly population. No other training company provides this type of training for Senior Living Professionals. Ask us about our group discount.

New Resident Assessment

We understand how busy your day is and how difficult it can be for your staff to leave the community to complete the required assessment on your potential new resident. Our Registered Nurses and Licensed Professionals are trained to complete an in-person or virtual assessment using your assessment tool and completed LIC 602 form.

Maintenance Support Team

Mrs. Carlyle understands how important it is to have your vacant apartments ready for your new residents and the time it takes to make it happen. We have a maintenance team ready to paint, complete repairs, and even clean the apartment. Our team is ready to help.
