Our thorough client assessment will provide us with important information so we understand your individual care needs, financial situation, location, amenities, lifestyle, and what is important to you or your loved one.

Our Placement Specialists will provide you with the following service:

       ▪ Consultation to explain the process and answer your questions

       ▪ Thorough Client Assessment

       ▪ Family Meeting (if requested) to assist with decision making, family challenges, and understanding senior living options

       ▪ Provide unbiased details on communities which includes State Inspection Reports to assist you with selecting the community that is right for you or your loved one

       ▪ Schedule Appointments for community tours and accompany you during your appointment

       ▪ Assist with completing all required paperwork for the community move in process

       ▪ Work closely with our client and the community for a smooth transition and stress-free move in experience

       ▪ Follow up with the client and family after the move to check in on the transition to your new home

Our service is absolutely free to the client.  If you or your loved one moves into one of the communities that we recommend, the community pays us the one-time fee.
